What type of information should I collect if I am involved in a boating accident?

Video Transcription:

If it’s a slip and fall type of case, any documentation, photographs, or anything of that nature to establish what caused your injury is very helpful. The other thing that you want to do is collect copies of your medical records from your treating physicians so the attorney can see the extent or nature of your injuries. And collect the names and addresses of any witnesses who happen to see the incident that caused your injury because that would make finding them much easier.
