What kind of benefits are provided under Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (LHWCA)?

Video Transcription:

Generally, under the LHWCA or Longshore and Harbor Workers Act, an employee would recover his medical expenses as well as 66% of average wage while unable to work. At the end of his medical treatment, he will receive a recovery based on federal schedules either for the degree of permanent or partial disability as a result of the injury.
