What do I need to bring to the initial consultation with my attorney in my Florida boating accident case?

Video Transcription:

The short answer to that question is, everything that you have. The things that I look for and appreciate at the initial consultation are the medical records, both treatment as well as billing records, insurance information, who your insurance carrier is, group or policy ID numbers, any accident report that has been prepared. Particularly on a crew ship, you will generally prepare a passenger injury statement and that is critical to bring with you. As important as anything are photographs of the accident scene, and last but certainly not least, the names, addresses and all the contact information you have, telephone numbers, email addresses, for the people that witnessed your accident.
