Is there a cap on damages in my maritime case?

Video Transcription:

The short answer to that question is no. However, you will be required to establish your damages. The way that you do that is through your medical expenses, and need for future medical care, your lost wages, and loss of capacity to earn money in the future, and your pain and suffering. That’s why it’s important that you hire a lawyer that’s experienced and presenting these damages to a jury or an adjuster.
