Does an accident report have to be filled out at the time of the fall?

Video Transcription:

The short answer to that question is no. However, the failure to report an accident and have a report prepared will hurt your case. The cruise line will argue that the accident either didn’t happen or wasn’t severe enough that you thought you needed medical attention at the time. It is always my recommendation that you report any injury, no matter how insignificant you may think it is, so that if it turns out to be something important, that you do not give the cruise line the, it didn’t happen on my watch argument.
