Do boating accidents only include boats?

Video Transcription:

No. Boating accidents include any device that can be used on the water for the transportation of either goods or people. Typically, especially here in Florida, wave runners, jet skis, surf boards, all of those devices, all of those conveyances as they are called in the law, qualify as vessels in navigation for the application for maritime law.
